1. Overview
Drova is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent mobile car valeting professionals ("Valets"). Drova does not provide car valeting services directly.
By using Drova, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Drova website, app, dashboard, and associated services.
- "Customer" refers to any individual who uses Drova to book a car valeting service.
- "Vendor" / "Valet" means any individual or business listing and providing services through Drova.
- "Booking" means a confirmed service appointment between a Customer and a Valet facilitated by Drova.
3. Role of Drova
Drova provides a digital platform that allows customers to discover, compare, and book local mobile valets while securely facilitating payments between independent service providers and customers. Drova is not a car valeting provider and does not employ or contract Valets.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that all services are provided by third parties, and any contractual or service-related issues are strictly between Customer and Valet.
4. Platform Access and Eligibility
Users must be over 18 years old to create an account and book or provide services. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
5. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings are facilitated via the Drova platform and processed securely using Stripe.
- A Customer's payment is held in escrow and released to the Valet upon service completion.
- Booking confirmations, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy (see Section 8).
6. Service Delivery
- Valets are solely responsible for delivering the services as described in their listing.
- Drova does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any services.
- Customers are encouraged to review Valet profiles and ratings before booking.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Drova shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from services booked via the platform.
- Any disputes, damages, or claims must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Valet.
- This applies in the same way as if the Customer had booked the Valet offline.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Valets and Customers can cancel bookings in accordance with the platform's cancellation policy.
- Refunds may be issued where applicable, but are subject to investigation.
- Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
9. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must provide accurate service descriptions, availability, and pricing.
- Vendors are responsible for their legal, insurance, tax, and licensing compliance.
- Vendors agree to provide services in a safe, professional manner.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Drova reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for misuse, fraud, abusive behaviour, or violation of these terms.
11. Data & Privacy
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in line with ourPrivacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
Drova may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
